How can I use the list once I receive it?

What if the list for the event I need isn’t yet available?
If we don’t yet have the list for your desired event, we’ll work to source it for you. If we can’t deliver within the guaranteed timeframe, you’ll receive a full refund.
Is List Refresh available by itself, or does it require a prior purchase?
List Refresh is only available as an add-on after you have purchased a Standard or Rush list for that specific conference. It is not sold as a standalone product.
What does the “List Refresh” option mean?
The List Refresh is an add-on service that gives you updated attendee data for the same event—i.e., new registrants who signed up after your initial list purchase. Use it to maximize ROI by reaching the latest attendees.
How soon will I get the list after ordering?
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 business days after payment and confirmation of the event.
- Rush Delivery: Delivered within 48 hours for conferences starting soon or when you need speed.
- If we don’t deliver your list within 5 business days (for a standard order), you’ll receive a full refund guarantee.
What exactly will I receive when I purchase a list?
When you buy a list, you’ll receive a link to a Google Sheet (which you can download as a .csv, .xlsx or .pdf) with verified attendee data for your selected conference. This includes full names, job titles, company names, and verified email addresses.
